We Offer Two Types Of Industry Recognised Certification
Gti Course
One2one option
- Intense one2one practical training covering 3 days makeup and 2 days hairstyling (even if you’re a total newbie to the industry, you will have my full undivided attention for 5 days creating looks that will blow your mind)
- 30 online hair and makeup modules to be completed in your own time which will cover all the theory you need to know (each module is around 5-10 minutes but do need to be completed to gain certification)
- 1 day work experience as a pro-assistant on a magazine shoot (working along my side for a Reputable magazine shoot – get a feel for behind the scenes of a shoot and how it all comes together and understanding the importance of everyone’s roles)
- Shadowing up to 3 bridal bookings as a pro-assistant (working along my side on bridal bookings to experience a real-life bride and understand first-hand what happens on the day but to help build your confidence)
- 1 day business strategy planning (you’ve been taught the skill, lived the experience, now we work on your business to get it started and flourishing)
Group learning option – Up to 6 Students
- Intense practical training covering 3 days makeup and 2 days hairstyling (even if you’re a total newbie to the industry, you will have my full undivided attention for 5 days creating looks that will blow your mind)

VTCT Course
- One day a week for 6 months – Practical | Theory | Assignments | Assessments | Examinations for a Level 3 Diploma in Makeup Artistry (even if you’re a total newbie to the industry, you will develop your knowledge and understanding of relevant anatomy and physiology, health and safety, client care and cosmetic products and equipment. You will also develop a range of technical skills enabling you to prepare the skin and apply a variety of make-up products using different techniques. You will also develop interpersonal skills, which will assist you to communicate effectively with clients.)
- 10 mandatory units to complete (Apply make-up | Instruction on make-up application | Promote products and services to clients in a salon | Camouflage make-up | Media make-up | Design and apply face and body art | Fashion and photographic make-up | Client care and communication in beauty-related industries | Monitor and maintain health and safety practice in the salon | Apply airbrush make-up to the face)
- 5 bonus days to complete assignments, practice practical or revision support (our priority is for you to succeed and gain qualification – as an academy we are available for additional support as and when required)
ARTICULATE Course
- One day a week for 12 months – Practical | Practical | Practical (Our longest but most intense course we have to offer, to make you a professional MUA - all we need from you is your commitment to succeed)
- 60 makeup looks in total, taught step by step – Wearable | Technical | Special FX | Trending | Heavy glam (covering all elements of makeup artistry so you are fully equipped to end the makeup industry as an expert from day one)
- 1 day work experience as a pro-assistant on a magazine shoot (working along my side for a reproable magazine shoot – get a feel for behind the scenes of a shoot and how it all comes together and understanding the importance of everyone’s roles)
- 1 day a month covering business strategy planning (you’ve been taught the skill, lived the experience, now we work on your business to get it started and flourishing)
