#1 Introduce yourself
People don’t buy from businesses. People buy from people. If your website and social media are fantastic but are anonymous, it can be difficult for people to figure out who you are. Introducing yourself as the face of your business and putting a face to the whole shebang can be super beneficial in giving it a proper personality rather than a faceless entity. Don’t be shy!

#2 Refresh your content
There’s definitely room to reuse old content and images, but the time does come when you need to update your content. Have a think through how you can add new excitement mixed with your own personality with your content – lay out some new offerings in emails and have a photographer take some new shots to share across your social media and website. 

#3 Include testimonials
Client feedback is SO important! Just a few testimonials in an obvious place on your social media or website is the social proof new clients need to say yes to you. Just ask your client to send over a couple of lines for you to use on your website or social media. You can share your testimonials anywhere – as post reviews on Instagram, as a Google review, or even a section on your website. 

#4 Don’t give discounts
But money off means more clients, right? No! Your work has value, and you need to lay out in no uncertain terms what your prices are. This is important to avoid clients who constantly ask for discounts and hold you back. It might feel harsh, but it’s true. Stick to your (pricing) guns.
